Personality Positives – loves to belly rubs – loves people – OK with other dogs – full of fun energy – extremely sweet – Walks well on a leash “Issues” – Harley does have resource guarding in terms of food. – Does not like hyper dogs, would do best in a home with a calm older dog or even a home where she is the only dog. – Harley never lived inside a home before, so she is learning House training. Since arriving at her foster home, we have learned a few things about Harley’s personality. She absolutely loves people, wants belly rubs and cuddle time. While there are other dogs at her foster home, Harley doesn’t like younger/hyper dogs. She is more calm and relaxed near older dogs. Harley does have resource guarding in terms of food. She doesn’t like any other dog close by when it’s feeding time. It is also the first time in her life that she lived inside. So she is currently learning potty training and catching on. Harley is learning basic commands and recall as well. Her foster family said she is the sweetest love bug who would do great in a home with an older and calmer dog. Overall her first week in America is going well and we know she will continue to shine and learn. Harley is looking for a forever home!
