Monty was tossed in the barron wasteland known as the Corum Landfill. He was battling severe Mange, and his body was wracked by debilitating wounds. It was painfully clear that Monty was fighting for his life, so we pulled him along with Ross.

Once he arrived at the clinic, he underwent extensive treatment for the mange, skin infections and deep wounds. This was very hard on Monty as being touched not only hurt him, but by his reaction, he was deathly afraid of humans.

It took several weeks of treatment before Monty was physically healthy enough to be discharged from the clinic. He made his way with Ross to The Garden.

 PERSONALITY 

Physically, Monty has healed wonderfully. Emotionally and Mentally, we still have a way to go with him. He is very scared and timid when a human tries to touch him. Currently, Serdar is taking it one step at a time in order to gain Monty’s trust.

No matter what, though, we know this: Monty’s life matters. The lives of his fellow warriors matter. They matter to us, and they matter to them. We know that in time, he will see that humans can be good. Please stay tuned for his updates on his healing journey.
